Members are invited to post comments here regarding the constitution and rules. However the Committee is not obliged to consider or accept all suggestions, not least in the interests of simplicity and compactness of the Constitution itself.

I think that the title of 'Chairman' should be replaced by the title of 'President'.

Of course, the Postal Order Society needs to have its status as both a numismatic society & a philatelic society clearly stated in the Constitution.

Of course, the Postal Order Society should look at affiliating with some reputable numismatic societies as well as reputable philatelic societies in both the U.K. & in other countries.

Naturally, the Postal Order Society should get itself registered as an incorporated society under the relevant Acts of the British Parliament,& apply for a charter as well.

Aidan.
