Dealers who know about postal orders

In this section we can put the URLs of dealers who understand postal orders.
Many banknote dealers sell postal orders, but far from all of them have much idea what they are selling. So this shouldn't just be a list of people from whom you've bought material, but knowledgeable dealers.

There are NO FEES whatsoever when you either list something on there or whether you conclude a successful sale or not.

I'm trying to get the numismatic community to start joining up on there.
