All King George VI postal orders without the words "IN INK" in the top marginal instructions are rare.
This 1s order was illustrated in PON32 (p.6), and is unpunched, which Brill describes as rare but less rare than the punched items.
In the PON it is described as being guillotined at the left rather than from torn perforations, which would make it a "legal tender" item.
This 2s6d order was illustrated in PON99 (p.11).
