Members should be aware that there are a considerable number of overprints around with the diagonal SCHOOL SPECIMEN. They should be priced at no more than a few £££s. However, if you see one such as the above green £1, snap it up, as they are scarce. Of course, there is no alternative currency for that value but note the DC poundage 4d/1½p. .............Mal
