The Howard Lunn Trophy
The Postal Order Society instituted the annual trophy in honour of its founder Howard Lunn, who died on 19th August 1999 (he was born in 1919). The award is for the best article in the preceding year’s issues of Postal Order News, as voted for by members of the Society. The Trophy is usually presented at the Society’s AGM.
